Overview
The company RODEX has its own quality codex that is in accordance with and recognized by the ISO 9001 certificates, which was awarded to us by the German organization TÜV every year since 2006.
The system ensures our customers a constant quality of products and enables us at the same time to control our suppliers and to help them improve the quality of their products and services.
Procedures and equipment
The following control procedures are being performed:
- Measurement of first pieces and finishing of measurement reports
- AQL incoming control
- Intermediary supervisory control
- 100% end-control of products
- Statistical monitoring of the results

- Profile Projector HAUSER; for measurements of lengths and angles
- Mitutoyo microscope MF, measuring accuracy: (2.2+0.02L) μm
- Digital measuring clock Mitutoyo for measurement of heights
- Digital micrometer Mitutoyo for measurements up to 25mm, with accuracy 0,001mm
